1. Physical Products
a) Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Incorrect product delivered
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
b) Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Mention your order ID and issue details
3. Share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
c) Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Used products
Products damaged due to customer handling
Orders placed with incorrect details by the customer
3. Refunds
a) Refund Approval
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
b) Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
Physical product orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
