1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping of Physical Products

We currently ship across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
b) Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
c) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will also be shown upfront.
3. Tracking Your Order
For physical shipments, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Delays & Non-Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order on time:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Upon validation, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
- Undelivered / Returned Shipments
Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient may not be eligible for a refund.
Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
